It's Crunch Time

It has been a real pleasure to watch Matt Dunne and this campaign build momentum over the past few months.

Right now it’s crunch time for the planet. It’s crunch time for the state of Vermont. And it’s crunch time for this campaign.

Yesterday, the campaign set an ambitious goal of raising $34,855 by 7:00pm on Tuesday - exactly three weeks before Election Day. Some of Matt’s wealthier opponents have already managed to fund their own TV ads, but Matt needs our help to get on TV.

Can you help keep the momentum going by making a contribution to Matt Dunne’s campaign?

Last night I joined Matt at a house party in Waterbury hosted by Rep. Tom Stevens. I took the time to record a brief video message asking for your help and support for Matt’s campaign. You can view the video here.

Since endorsing Matt back in April, I have seen the momentum build and his grassroots support propel the campaign into the top tier.  And now, thanks to your help, we are in a position to win on August 24th.

If we are going to elect the person that will move this state forward, we have three weeks left to get it done.

That includes raising enough money to be able to compete and it requires everyone doing their part.

Help do your part by making a contribution now.

If we raise the money to get on TV, Matt will be able to get his message out to Vermonters across the state. And as more people hear his message, I’m confident that the attention Matt brings to issues like food, energy, and communications - issues that are vital for this state - will help Vermonters recognize that Matt is the type of leader we need to move Vermont into a new era.
